Teeny Mimi — Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

Teeny Mimi (the App) is provided by Olena Hurova, individual entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine, 8-A Yaroslava Hasheka Blvd, Kyiv, 02160, Ukraine, hurova.olena@gmail.com (we, us). The App is for young children and is used under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms (you). On Apple devices, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.

2. Using the App

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the App. The App’s content belongs to us or our licensors.

3. Subscriptions

• Games, colouring pages and the rewards room are free. Videos marked as locked require a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown before you subscribe.
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically and is charged to your Apple or Google account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Privacy

The App has no advertising. Our Privacy Policy, available in the App and on its store page, explains how we handle data.

5. Changes and availability

We may update the App and these Terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. We try to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions or complaints: hurova.olena@gmail.com.
